I would really love to be able to go to Keiser University which accepts GED recipients to its radiologist program and is an exceptional school from which many locally employed ultrasound technicians have graduated from. I have a strong desire to learn, but a $7.25/hr, 2 days a week job wouldn't pay for the overhead costs of going to College. I plan to save half of every paycheck I get to help pay for my college and have done so, but it's still not much. I really feel like going to Keiser would be not only the turning point for betterment in MY life, but my daughter’s life, and would love the opportunity to work hard and make a life for us. I don't want to be stuck in a fast food job for the rest of my life! I want to make my future the best it can be not just for me, but for my daughter.”
